Refunds

For reasons such as, Product unavailability, we will hastily contact you with any alternatives that could be arranged, before deliveries are made. If you do wish to cancel your order, you will receive a refund minus 2.9% + $0.30 on Website Fees.

Returns

As our flowers are perishable, we’re unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered. If your arrangement arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours so we can assess and arrange an appropriate resolution.
