We don't have a set-list of flowers in store, However, you will often find common flowers like: Lilies, different varieties of chrysanthemums, Roses, Carnation varieties, Sunflowers, etc.

If you know the recipient is allergic to any kind of flower (for e.g. Lilies contain pollen and other allergens that can cause allergic reactions in some people) please specify in order notes, so we know to avoid using it.

All regular flower orders will be delivered after store hours, around 5.30-6pm. But when delivery is made to an office, we will ensure it is delivered before their office closes. For any special request delivery times, please specify in order notes or call us in store to confirm.

Bouquet orders placed for pick up will be ready from 2 hrs after our store opening (from 10am weekdays and 11am Saturday’s). For any same day pick up orders, please allow a 1hr wait. For any concerns or questions for pick up, do not hesitate to contact us over the phone.

When no one is home to accept the gift, we will leave it in a safe spot near the front door and confirm placement with a picture taken, if there's a safe spot to do so. If this is not possible, we will contact the sender to arrange an alternative time to deliver the bouquet, at the sender’s cost.
